OWH World Card Making Day Bloghop

Today is World Card Making Day, and to celebrate, Operation Write Home is joining in the fun with a card hop showcasing our awesome card sketches!  I have chosen sketch 138, it's a very recent sketch, but I really like it because it's so versatile.

Here is the sketch:

My first card uses the sketch in a CAS (clean and simple) way:
The leaf panel is fussy cut from K&Company paper the stamp is from Inkadinkadoo.

The next two cards show how the sketch looks with different background layers and feature pre-colored digital images.

Here the card topper is mounted onto the card base leaving the white upper and lower showing.  (Pre-colored digi from Tricia Santry's collection Welcome Winter and stamp from Rubber Stampede.)

The topper for this card is completely matted in green before I applied it to my card base.  Just a subtle difference from the previous card creates a different look.  (Pre-colored digi from Carolee Jones' collection Scarf Season from PcCrafter and sentiment stamp from Hero Arts - stamped in Versafine chalk ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.)
